1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded white Cheddar cheese, divided
½ cup sour cream
1 (.87 ounce) package McCormick® Brown Gravy Mix
2 ounces beef jerky, shredded or cut into bite-size pieces

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese, sour cream and Gravy Mix in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in beef jerky.

  2. Spoon into glass pie plate sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

  3. Bake 15 minutes or until heated through. Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
