1 cup uncooked egg noodles
2 ½ cups sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ cup milk
¼ cup butter
⅓ cup cottage cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente, drain.

  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cheddar cheese, milk, butter, cottage cheese, and sour cream, stir until melted.

  3. Pour cooked noodles into the cheese mixture and stir until well mixed. Stir in canned tuna and green peas, heat thoroughly.
