Directions

  1. Spray a skillet with cooking spray, warm over medium-high heat. Whisk egg in a bowl. Pour into the skillet, cook and stir until set, about 5 minutes.

  2. Mash banana and tofu together in a bowl, add scrambled egg.

Try this! My toddler loves it. He didn't like the taste of egg too much until I mixed it with banana. Tofu adds protein and nutrition and mixes in great.
