1 (3 ounce) package chicken-flavored ramen noodles
2 mushrooms, thinly sliced
3 wedges lime, juiced
1 green onion, sliced
1 tablespoon cilantro leaves
¼ teaspoon garlic chile paste
⅛ teaspoon sesame oil

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Stir in jalapeno, cook for 2 minutes. Add ramen noodles with seasoning packet and mushrooms. Cook until noodles are tender, about 5 minutes.

  2. Ladle noodle mixture into a bowl, garnish with lime juice, green onion, cilantro, garlic chile paste, and sesame oil.

Recipe Note

I was home alone one night and decided to make a package of ramen noodles. Well, my creative side took over and I started adding different ingredients to the pot. This literally took 10 minutes and it is so spicy and satisfying. Add whatever Asian flavors you like!
