1 cup sliced red or sweet onion
1 (12 inch) pre-cooked thin pizza crust
½ cup pizza sauce
2 Yves Veggie Cuisine® Sage and Apple Sausages, sliced
2 slices Yves Veggie Cuisine® Veggie Bacon Strips, sliced
½ cup sliced assorted bell peppers
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Add onion, cook, stirring often, for 7 minutes or until soft. Set aside.

  3. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet, spread with sauce. Top with veggie sausage, veggie bacon, peppers, cooked onion, Parmesan and mozzarella.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted.
