¾ avocado - peeled, pitted, and mashed
1 (1 ounce) package ranch salad dressing mix
3 green onions, chopped
½ green bell pepper, chopped
11 (8 inch) flour tortillas
22 slices thinly sliced ham

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese, avocado, and salad dressing mix in a small bowl, stir in onions and bell peppers. Spread 3 tablespoons cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, top each tortilla with two slices ham.

  2. Roll tortillas up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap, refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes. Unwrap and cut into 3/4-inch slices.
