Directions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken pieces, skin-side down, until golden and crispy, about 5 minutes. Add oil, green beans and mushrooms and cook until vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in rice and season with salt and pepper. Cook until chicken is no longer pink inside and juices run clear and rice is heated through, about 5 minutes.
