Directions

  1. Place a slice of prosciutto on a work surface, top with 1 basil leaf and 1 mozzarella ball. Roll prosciutto around basil and mozzarella cheese and secure with a toothpick. Repeat process, alternating with soppressata, until all ingredients are used. Refrigerate until serving.
