½ cup whole seedless grapes
1 ½ cups apple juice
1 ½ cups plain kefir (cultured milk)
1 large banana
1 ½ cups frozen pineapple chunks
⅓ cup chopped pitted dates (such as Sun-Maid®)

Directions

  1. Combine grapes, apple juice, kefir, banana, pineapple, and dates, in this order, in a blender, blend until smooth.

Recipe Note

Fresh, great-tasting smoothie to wake up to in the morning! This is one of my many smoothie experiments, and definitely one to make again. If you do not have kefir milk, plain yogurt would work fine too.
