Directions

  1. Heat chicken drippings in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and cook, stirring, until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Add chicken broth, bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, until gravy thickens, 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in mushrooms, parsley, salt, and pepper.
