Ingredients

2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup diced celery
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup toasted slivered almonds
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon sliced green onion
salt and ground black pepper to taste
⅔ cup crushed potato chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Mix chicken, celery, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, almonds, bacon, lemon juice, green onion, salt, and black pepper together in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish, top with potato chips.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until cooked through and bubbling, about 20 minutes.

Recipe Note

This is one of my husband's favorites, probably because it includes bacon! I often include about 2 tablespoons Jack's Music City White Sauce (a white BBQ sauce) for extra flavor!
