Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Coat an 8x11-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Place chicken tenders in a single layer on the prepared baking pan. Spread butter on the tenders. Sprinkle evenly with lemon juice, salt, and paprika.
