1 pound Polish kielbasa sausage, cut into thin slices
4 medium red potatoes, cut into thin slices
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon dried cilantro
½ teaspoon dried rosemary
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter, sliced into small pieces

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Mix sausage, potatoes, celery, bell pepper, onion, green onions, parsley, basil, cilantro, rosemary, and salt together in a casserole dish. Distribute pats of butter evenly on top of mixture. Cover with aluminum foil.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Uncover and continue to bake for an additional 15 minutes.
