Pour 2 fluid ounces water and drop 3 ice cubes into a blender, add ginger and cinnamon. Layer celery, apple, cucumber, kale, spinach, mixed greens, and mint leaves, respectively, in blender. Blend mixture until smooth. Add more water and ice to reach desired consistency.
