Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place mushrooms on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss until evenly coated. Transfer to a grill basket.
Place the grill basket on the preheated grill and cook until mushrooms are caramelized, 7 to 10 minutes. Remove from the grill and serve.
