Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Place broccoli, onion, potato, bell peppers, onion, green beans, Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, and garlic in a baking dish, add pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Toss with olive oil.
