1 cup pitted whole dates
½ cup dried mango
2 scoops Emergen-C® Protein Fuel & Superfoods Pomegranate Mango
½ cup cashew butter, or more to taste
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup finely chopped roasted cashews

Directions

  1. Place dates and mango in a blender or food processor, pulse until very finely chopped. Add Emergen-C® Protein Fuel & Super Foods Pomegranate Mango, pulse to combine.

  2. Add cashew butter and salt, pulse until well-combined and almost smooth.

  3. Using your hands, roll 1 tablespoon of mixture into a ball, then roll ball in chopped cashews to coat. Repeat with remaining date mixture and cashews.
