Ingredients

1 (15.5 ounce) can white hominy, drained
1 (15.5 ounce) can yellow hominy, drained
1 ½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 teaspoons grated onion
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups dry bread crumbs, or to taste
½ teaspoon paprika, or to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Combine hominy, Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, green chiles, bell pepper, onion, and salt in a casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs and paprika.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until cheese melts and bubbles, 30 to 40 minutes.
