4 tablespoons butter or margarine
½ teaspoon garlic salt or minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach - thawed, drained and chopped
1 small onion, chopped

Directions

  1. Heat soup in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour, butter, garlic salt, and salt and pepper.

  2. Stir in spinach and onion, cook until onion softens, 7 to 10 minutes. Serve warm.
