2 tablespoons honey mustard salad dressing
½ cup alfalfa sprouts
2 slices tomato
¼ cup chopped broccoli
2 tablespoons sliced fresh mushrooms
4 slices cucumber
1 slice Swiss cheese

Directions

  1. Toast 2 slices of bread until lightly golden brown on both sides.

  2. Spread one tablespoon of honey mustard dressing on each slice of toast. Top one toast slice with alfalfa sprouts, tomato slices, chopped broccoli, sliced mushrooms, and sliced cucumber. Place Swiss cheese onto vegetables and top with second slice of toast to make a sandwich.
