2 teaspoons curry powder, or more to taste
4 ounces smoked almonds, or more to taste
1 (16 ounce) package frozen peas

Directions

  1. Mix mayonnaise and curry powder together until the color of the mixture is somewhat even. Stir almonds into the mixture. Add frozen peas and mix.

  2. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until the peas defrost entirely, 5 to 6 hours.
