½ cup golden raisins
½ cup roughly chopped fresh cilantro
½ cup shredded carrots
⅓ cup toasted cashews, roughly chopped
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon garam masala
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
1 pinch sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine chicken, raisins, cilantro, carrots, cashews, and red onion in a large bowl.
