3 medium ripe avocados
1 (21 ounce) can BUSH'S® Sriracha Beans
¾ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Mexican crema

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Cut avocados in half, remove pit. Scoop out small portion of each avocado with teaspoon.

  3. Fill each avocado half with 1 to 2 tablespoons of BUSH'S® Sriracha Beans, top with 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese.

  4. Place avocados on baking sheet, bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  5. Serve immediately. Garnish avocados with Mexican crema or sour cream, if desired.
