Directions

  1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select cycle, press Start. If your machine has a Fruit setting, add the bananas and nuts at the signal, or about 5 minutes before the kneading cycle has finished.

Recipe Note

A delicious sweet cakey bread. Note: Most bread machines have a fruit and nut cycle. This should be set at Fruit and Nut Cycle and wait for the beep before adding your bananas and nuts. If you do not do this, the bread comes out tasteless.
