1 (8 ounce) package elbow macaroni
½ (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
½ cup mayonnaise
3 green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons bacon bits
½ lemon, juiced
ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, 8 minutes, drain. Rinse macaroni with cold water until cooled completely, drain and transfer to a large bowl.

  2. Mix black beans, tuna, mayonnaise, green onions, bacon bits, lemon juice, and black pepper with the macaroni. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled.
