1 beet, peeled and chopped
4 small baby carrots, chopped
1 (1 inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
¼ cup water
¼ cup finely chopped almonds
¼ cup fresh spirulina
¼ cup ice cubes, or as desired

Directions

  1. Blend beet, carrots, and ginger together in a blender until smooth. Add water if mixture is too thick. Add almonds to beet mixture and blend until smooth. Add spirulina and ice and blend until smooth.
