Ingredients

1 gallon apple juice
1 gallon apple cider
2 cups white sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 cinnamon sticks, or more to taste
1 pinch apple pie spice
1 (750 milliliter) bottle 190 proof grain alcohol
1 (750 milliliter) bottle vodka

Directions

  1. Combine apple juice, apple cider, white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon sticks in a large pot, bring to almost a boil. Cover pot with a lid, reduce heat, and simmer for about 1 hour. Remove pot from heat and cool completely.

  2. Stir grain alcohol and vodka into syrup and remove cinnamon sticks. Pour apple pie moonshine into clean glass jars or bottles. Store in the refrigerator.

Recipe Note

Great tasting apple pie in a jar but it does pack quite a kick if your not careful. The longer it sits in the fridge the better it seems to get. Makes a great gift.
