Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook farfalle pasta at a boil, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain, but do not rinse. Let sit for 2 minutes.

  2. Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  3. Transfer pasta to a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Gently stir until evenly combined.

  4. Place pasta in the air fryer basket in batches and cook for 5 minutes. Flip with a spatula and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Break apart any pasta chips that have stuck together. Repeat with remaining pasta Allow to cool completely for final crisping.
