Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 3 minutes.
Combine shrimp, onion, and bell peppers in a bowl and lightly coat with oil spray. Sprinkle fajita seasoning over the shrimp mixture, mix to combine. Transfer into the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 8 minutes. Squeeze lime juice over the shrimp mixture. Serve immediately with warm tortillas.
