1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti
2 apples - peeled, cored, and chopped
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
½ pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
¾ cup mango chutney
¾ cup mayonnaise
½ cup raisins
½ cup dry-roasted peanuts

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 12 minutes, drain. Rinse spaghetti with cold water to cool, drain.

  2. Stir spaghetti, apples, bell pepper, shrimp, mango chutney, mayonnaise, and raisins together in a large bowl. Top with peanuts.
