4 tablespoons Horizon® organic butter
½ cup Horizon® organic milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
20 ounces extra-lean ground turkey breast
½ large red onion, diced small
1 red bell pepper, diced small
1 cup cooked black beans
1 tablespoon taco seasoning, or to taste
6 ounces Horizon® Organic Mexican finely shredded cheese
3 each green onions, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Prepare Horizon macaroni and cheese according to package directions.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey, red onion, and red bell pepper. Saute, breaking up turkey, until turkey is cooked through and onions are translucent.

  3. Stir in black beans, taco seasoning, prepared macaroni and cheese, and shredded cheese. Continue to cook until cheese is melted.

  4. Serve topped with sliced green onions.
