Combine 1 cup water and 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning in the inner pot of a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®). Place a steamer rack trivet in the bottom of the pot. Arrange corn on top of the trivet, overlapping or stacking if needed, and sprinkle with remaining seasoning.
Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions, set timer for 2 minutes. Allow 7 to 10 minutes for pressure to build.
Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid. Drain and serve.
