Blend cabbage and carrot in a high-powered blender (such as Vitamix®) on low to medium-low speed until evenly shredded, strain and let sit until dry.
Combine cabbage mixture, pineapple, mayonnaise, almonds, raisins, dried cranberries, apple cider vinegar, and salt in a bowl. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour.
